Their commission structure, while not the cheapest, is reasonable and their service is good. • American Red Cross: One of the most significant things you can do to have a positive impact on our world is to become a regular blood donor. With millions of people precluded from donating due to illness or medications they are taking, the need has never been greater. I began donating in 1972 and have never stopped, donating 114 pints along the way. It takes about 90 minutes from start to finish, and you get to meet some wonderful people. I highly recommend it!
